[Exim] phreezing and debugging.

How can I get exim to capture messages send to it and debug them on the fly.

For instance. I want to send a mail message to john@??? from my desktop
pc.
Now how can i get exim to grab the message and debug it going to that
destination when i send it to exim.

Do i have to phreez the message and thaw it before i can tell exim to debug
it????
