Oops. I missed a trick there. Sorry about that.

Clever.

Since it is a condition, it would have to be pam{{$1}{$2}..} so you
would have

server_condition = ${if pam{{$1}{$2}} {1} {0} }

but I'm not all that keen on making this change now.
