[Exim] Hidding Bcc field for relayed messages

Ok, I know FAQ and what it tells about Bcc field, but I have to implement this
feature, even if it isn't compatible with RFC822.

This is very dangerouse, if the Boss sent mail with Bcc field but the original
recipient could look at this field.

In other way, do you know the MUA which remove this field itself?
