Subject: [Exim] stopping (multi-host) autoresponding mail loops
Exim-gurus,
I am in a situation where I'm trying to stop mail that is being
autoforwarded from one of my clients hosts from responding to error
messages (which creates a vicious circle and floods the ether with
useless messages among other distasteful things). My problem lies in
the fact that even after looking around on the Exim web site for over
a week I have no idea how to filter messages. I mean I actually got a
filter (destined for a system_message_filter) written but I haven't
got a clue where to put it. I know this is an RTFM question, but I
don't know where the relevant part of TFM is so I can read it.
So to sum up my 2-part question: Where do I put system filters and
is there a better way to filter against an autoresponse replying to an
error message?

TIA,
