[Exim] feature request/WishList item: ODMR / RFC 2645

Hi,
now we have ESMTP AUTH it would be nice if someone could add ESMTP ATRN
so exim could offer 'ETRN' for users/domains with dynamic-ip-addresses;
see RFC 2645 for details.
