[Exim] Most objectionable spam yet

I just received an email. It claims to be from
"exim-users@???". It's subject is an old message I sent to this
list. But what it really contains is some kind of SPAM, possibly a
virus:
[2 copier.exe <application/x-msdownload>]

I wish I knew where this came from. I'm really pissed off.
