A long time ago somebody took a copy of Exim to port to NT. I heard no
more. More recently somebody else expressed interest, but that's as far
as I have heard.
I have absolutely no experience of NT (or any Windows, or DOS, or MacOS
for that matter - once upon a time I knew about MVS) so I'm afraid I
cannot offer technical advice, though I can answer questions about how
Exim works on Unix.
