This means that at some time in the past, an attempt to route to this
address failed with a temporary error. Exim isn't prepared to try again
for a while. You should be able to find what happened by looking in the
message log for the job, which is the file msglog/11Qzzf-0000z0-00 in
Exim's spool directory (or read it using -Mvl). Or you can pick out all
log messages for that job by using exigrep.

You can force Exim to retry delivery by means of the -M option.
