This seems to be becoming a FAQ, though usually concerning disclaimers.
It isn't really an MTA's job to mess with messages. You can do things
with transport filters if you really have to, but it isn't just a matter
of adding text on the bottom, because this will not work for MIME
messages.
If the messages originate locally, it would be better to do what you want
in the MUA (e.g. force all your local users to have it in their .sig
files).
