[Exim] avoiding open relay ...

      Hi exim users, I'll be glad to know that someone can tell me how to avoid having my exim 3.02 server as an open relay because of recipient addresses with
double quotes like this:

"johnny@???

mail.internet.ve is my server that is being used as an open relay and
johnny@??? is the true destination address ...
