[Exim] Pipe - child create failed

Hi all,

When using the pipe transport on 3.02 for BSDi 4.01, running exim -d9 -M
<whatever>, I get

error 0 0:Failed to create child process for local_delivery transport

The pipe has command="full path to something with 777 mode that runs
fine outside exim".

The thing that's worrying me is the error 0 0 - before I start fiddling
with the code, any suggestions?
