obsolete:
domain = lsearch;/etc/exim/obsolete.domains
transport = obsolete_junk
driver = smartuser

# transport
obsolete_junk:
driver = appendfile
file = /dev/null

Or something like that, I guess. You can use a router instead of a
director, like someone said.
