How many times did this line appear in the panic log? If it
appeared only once, it may mean that you just had too many
processes running (maybe, too many deliveries occuring) on that
machine at that time.

Yes. No memory, you know... How much RAM does the machine have?

Don't worry about it.

Good. Our mailserver runs 3.1 ATM, but I think I will upgrade it
to 4.0.1 soon (my workstation already runs 4.0 + patches).

Maybe you should upgrade to 3.02. It won't help, but 3.0x is
definitely nice.
