[EXIM] generic 'self' option?

Hi all,

The documentation online makes mention of the
'self' option which governs somethingorother -
specifically, to do with the lookuphost router
when it finds a local host.

At the moment, the current default is to freeze
the mail/messages - how do I change this so the mails
are just sent on normall?
