... and having done that, complain to the postmaster at the failing
domains that their mailers are not RFC 821 compliant. This problem
usually arises because some broken MTAs do not accept more than one
message on a connection without a RSET command in between them. This is
contrary to the RFC. RSET is needed only if there is some kind of
failure in an SMTP transaction. To stick it in every time is wasteful,
as it requires an extra interaction between client and server.
