Run 'exim -d11 -M 0T2dF-0004fr-00' (you might need to redirect stdout/stderr
to a file, as this will generate a lot of output). The reason for the crash
might be obvious from there. If not, take the output file, stick it on a
webserver somewhere and post the URL back to the list. No need to fill up
everyone's mailbox with large quantities of debug output.
