[EXIM] EXIM. Connection Timeout

Hello all. I have just set up exim as a replacement test for Sendmail. I can do
all of the tests to verify email addresses outside of my domain, but when I try to
send a message I use mailx -v I see a connection to that system, but then it just
times out. Any ideas as to why this would happen?
