Release 2.12 contains more tidies and fixes for 2.10/2.11.

If you are successfully running 2.11, and your routers do not make use
of the "unseen" option, or any expansions involving $local_part, then
there isn't really much need to update, as the other changes are for
fairly small things.
There is one new feature: the addition of search_parents and
qualify_single to the domainlist router.
There is a patch file in
ftp://ftp.cus.cam.ac.uk/pub/software/programs/exim/exim-patch-2.11-2.12.gz
To use this patch successfully, you must
(a) First rename your exim-2.11 directory as exim-2.12
(b) Run patch with the -p0 option at the level of the exim-2.12 directory
If you run it inside the directory, or don't rename first, patch is
liable to put files in the wrong places.
