[EXIM] db problem

I installed Exim 2.11 after reinstalling Linux and I keep getting errors about
not being able to open my db files.

I know my problem is in my makefile(s). I have

USE_DB=yes
DBMLIB=-ldb

but I still have problems.
I have a libc5 system and Berkeley DB
