This isn't the place to discuss how cool it might be, but I have a
suggestion on how to get started on this if you're serious.
Take a look at Webmin. It's a web front-end for many aspects of UNIX
system administration and currently supports Sendmail. I imagine you'd
want to focus on extending it to support Exim too.
