Hint hint:
check that no user has an address of the form "\self@???"
in his .forward file. If they do, ask them to change it to
"\self" (for backward compatibility with Sendmail) or even
"self".

When I was hacking our 1000-line /etc/aliases file for Exim, I
just copied the majordomo lists as is. It worked.
