Hmmm, a quick test:

153.33/16 is someone else, LTX-SAN-JOSE
153.34/16 is UUNet again, reverse DIALDNS1.UU.NET/DIALDNS2.UU.NET
and so on for 35, 36, 37, 38 and 39.
40 is someone else.
I also have 208.250/16, 251, 252, 253 and 254.
