You will find gcc binaries (among a lot of other more or less useful
software) at one of the HPUX Software Porting and Archiving sites.
The one located in Germany is hpux.ask.uni-karlsruhe.de where you'll be
able to choose your closest mirror. The main site is located at Liverpool,
UK.
