The time has come to start pulling together the next full release of
Exim, which will be 2.10. I have put a first cut at the code into
ftp://ftp.cus.cam.ac.uk/pub/software/programs/exim/Testing/exim-testing-2.054.tar.gz

Everything post-2.00 is documented only in doc/ChangeLog and
doc/NewStuff. Since 2.053 I have implemented some more Wish List items,
done some tidying, and fixed one major infelicity.
I am now starting on a revision of the manual and other documentation.
This usually takes a few weeks, so unless major problems are discovered,
I expect that 2.10 will be released either just before or soon after the
holiday season.
