[EXIM] US mirror of www.exim.org

I'm pleased to announce that there is now a US mirror of the Exim web site
at http://www.us.exim.org. Hopefully some of you will find it useful. :)

Hopefully if I get aroudn to it, there will be an addition FTP mirror as
well.
