Done. Version 0.3 is now available as

    ftp://ftp.ox.ac.uk/pub/perl/exim-perl-0.3.patch


The Change history now has:

Allow zero or more arguments (max 8): ${perl{foo}...}.
Perl function returning undef behaves like ${lookup...fail}.
Perl function expand_string() moved to Exim::expand_string()
and documented.
