[EXIM] 8BITMIME

Hello

One of our users has pointed out that exim (currently we use 2.03) does
not accept the 'sendmail' option -B8BITMIME which is used by various
flavours of elm and mutt to pass mail to the MTA.

Has anyone else found this to be a problem?
