[EXIM] refusing all mail from a domain with certain exceptio…

Hello,

Is there a way (other than using a system filter) to refuse all
mail from the aol.com domain except for those addresses I keep
on a list? I want to refuse all mail from that domain except
for people I know. I am getting more spam from AOL addresses
these days.
