Two issues here:

(1) What is the interaction among/priority of the rbl_reject_recipients and
reject_recipients_except directives? I can't decide if I can have/need to
have both directives in my exim.conf file. My guess is that
reject_recipients_except will suffice to do what I want (to block all
messages from RBL'd hosts except those that may be appealing to postmaster
for an exception a la the specification). Am I correct? (I may be a bit
dense at the moment, so please indulge my idiocy; I promise I'll improve!)

(2) A new RBL service is available at rbl.dorkslayers.com. The purpose of
their RBL is to reject messages from hosts that have been identified as open
relays. Since much of the spam we receive is by way of open relays, there is
some attraction to adding this list to our spam filter. Any comments or
experiences by exim users on implementing this rbl domain would be greatly
appreciated.

Thanks to any and all!
