[EXIM] dbopen errors, continuing saga

I borrowed a Local/Makefile and also a OS/Makefile-Linux-libc5 from another
Exim user and then I tried again to build Exim but I still got the 'dbopen'
error. Here is the strange part:

I then did 'make clean' and then 'make install'. That seems to have done the
trick.

I will know if it really worked when this post comes back to me. :)
