[EXIM] Multiple RBLs

I'm running three different exim.conf's from one machine ie. am using
daemons not inetd. Each configuration has..
local_interfaces = xxx

My RBL statements are...
rbl_domains = rbl.maps.vix.com
rbl_reject_recipients = false
rbl_warn_header       = true

Problem is that RBL is not working according to nelson@???
I suspect that the problem is related to the fact that I'm running multiple
instances of exim. Suggestions?
