Nothing special should be read into the number 2.00; it just happens to
be what follows 1.90. Those of you running the 1.950 beta should
upgrade, because a couple of bugs that were discovered in the beta have
been fixed.
Those of you that are upgrading from the 1.92 release or earlier should
be sure to read the file called README-UPDATE-FROM-1.92.
