[EXIM] Ultrix and EXIM

With help from a few members of the list, I managed to figure out most
of my shell woes. Of course, now, exim won't build. From the looks
of things, Ultrix is sooooo broken (this time I'm talking about
library and header files), that I'll sooner go crazy before I untangle
this mess.
