I have Batch SMTP working untill a certain point.
When mail for els.dsl.nl is received the mainlog says:
1998-05-27 21:59:10 0yenHy-0003Jc-00 == root@??? R=lookuphost defer (-1):
lowest numbered MX record points to local host
and the message becomes frozen.
The els.dsl.nl is a machine which receives a dynamic IP-address each time
the machine connects via PPP. This means that the machine *name* can't be
resolved. The mail gets accepted because i made an MX record for els.dsl.nl
Can anybody help us out ? Why is the message frozen and does not get
delivered ?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
