Please could people add the following line (or a suitably modified
varient) to their exim config:-
delay_warning_condition = "\
${if match{$h_precedence:}{(?i)bulk|list|junk}{no}{yes}}"
I have received over 200 message delay messages from a site taking the
exim list, with a low setting for delay_warning, and without the
delay_warning_condition setting so that each message they have stuck on
their server is sending me one of these warning messages every few
hours....
and its **** annoying.
[time to teach smartlist to treat these as bounces and automatically
remove the miscreants]
