Note that according to RFC1869, the format of the EHLO response is:
ehlo-ok-rsp ::= "250" domain [ SP greeting ] CR LF
/ ( "250-" domain [ SP greeting ] CR LF
*( "250-" ehlo-line CR LF )
"250" SP ehlo-line CR LF )
So you must not include the line `Supported functions are:', and you
must not include the colon after the domain in the response.
