[EXIM] How to stop mail to certain recipiants

Hi all,

Recently we have been getting spammed by someone who adresses the mail to
friend@???
Is there any way to make exim reject this mail?
I have considered putting a blackhole entry into /etc/aliases but am unsure
if this will work, or is indeed the best way to stop this person.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
