[EXIM] send_host_accept_relay

Just to eliminate one possible cause of a problem

Is it OK to use

sender_host_accept_relay = partial-dbm;/opt/exim/etc/allowedrelay

Where the allowedrelay file has had exim-build run against it to create the
dbm files.
