I have stopped development of the next release and have started
revising the documentation. The current state of the code is now
available in
ftp://ftp.cus.cam.ac.uk/pub/software/programs/exim/Testing/exim-1.890.tar.gz
and will no doubt migrate to the mirrors in due course. The main
documentation is unchanged from 1.80, but doc/ChangeLog lists all
changes, and doc/NewStuff contains brief specifications of new features.
This code has been running here for a couple of days, but ours is a
relatively simple configuration. Please could some brave people try this
out on some other systems. There have been a *lot* of changes, so I'm
expecting there to be some rough edges that need sorting out. Please
read the file README-UPDATE-FROM-1.82 before trying to build.
