Perhaps for outbound SMTP connections, Exim should do a reverse lookup
on the IP of the interface it is using for the HELO name it gives, and
if there is no lookup, it should just use the dotted-quad IP itself.

primary_hostname should still be used in Received lines (or hostname as
determined from system)
