Asunto: [EXIM] Discrepancy in definition of relay_domains_include_local_mx

We are trying to make a machine which will be a backup MXer, and a mail
relay, but which will only act as a relay for people we want to use it,
but we don't have a list of domains for the MX bit...

In the main part of the specification, it says that
    relay_domains_include_local_mx
means Exim will act as an MX for any domain for which it is in that domains'
MX records.

We want this feature, as although we're trying down a list of domains for
which we MX, initially this list won't be available and therefore Exim
will do the check automagically.

However, in the 'Other policy controls on incoming mail' section, under
subsection 'Control of relaying', it says Exim will only act as an MX
if it is the final (lowest MX record) MX host for that domain.

Which is true?

Can we make Exim act as an MX backup automagically detecting MX records?
