Yes; that would be good - maybe give the "global" ones a slightly different
access method (name), to make them more readily distinguishable.

This would allow you, for example, to create a fake site email whose sole
purpose in life is to generate a database of message id's/senders, which the
system filter then uses to do some global scoring. Then you give out your
fake address to all the spammers, and your users can try and detect spams
by, effectively saying, "If the system filter says our fake addressed
received this same email, deduct N points where N is a very, very large
number" :-)
