Why do you want to use it?
Were you simply looking around Netscape's feature list one day when
you saw ``return receipts'' and decided to try turning them on?
Or have you seen the horrible results of actually using DSNs, and
nevertheless decided that you want to suffer through them for some
reason? If so, what's the reason?
