That is in effect a variant on -R which just processes the addresses
that match. It could be done, I suppose... I could even think of
modifying -R to work like that. The reason I did -R "simply" was that
there seemed no harm in trying all the addresses in a message while you
were at it, bearing in mind that these are messages that have failed at
the first attempt, and are therefore typically a small minority.
