I guess to properly support the ETRN @ option you need to do something
closer to the -MC option, except you don't have an open SMTP connection to
start with.
Could something be easily done to make ETRN @ fire up an exim with an
option similar to -MC but starting without an open SMTP connection, that
process should then be able to pass across the next address with a normal
-MC option.
