[EXIM] No MX record

To deliver to hosts with no MX, I suppose a special domainlist router could be
built that did something like:

idiot_routes:
driver = domainlist;
route_list = "host.brain-dead.dom       host.brain-dead.dom     bydns_a"

I am still learing exim ... would this work?
