Me too. All our mail machines have no users other than administrators,
and all the mailboxes are owned by one (nobody like) user, as they are
only accessed via a pop server. In this case exim could probably never
have to be running as root after binding to the port. I've been meaning
to look at the nonsuid security model and see if exim would ever have to
re-exec itself the way we have things set up.
