If anyone is contemplating not applying the patch because they have no
occurences of length_ operators in their main configuration file, or
will change then to substr_, then don't forget that if you support Exim
filter files your users may have such occurences.
The bug turns out to have been there ever since item 30 in the Changelog
1.62 => 1.70 section was implemented, i.e. a long time ago in terms of
testing versions (e.g. before 1.651). How come none of us noticed it ? :-(
