I vote for full, non-abbreviated years, which of course should not be
limited to four digits. :-)))))))))

Even better though, create an option "year_modulus" that we can set to
10000 or 100, or "year_ls_digits" that we can set to 4 or 2. That would
be consistent with Exim's good reputation for powerful customizability.
