Asunto: Exim 1.60 released
I have just put Exim 1.60 on the ftp server (see below). The mirrors
will no doubt pick up it in due course. Various intermediate versions
have been run at various sites, and the immediate pre-release (1.598)
has been run for a couple of weeks. Nevertheless, there is a lot of new
code in this release, so please treat with caution. Note for those who
ran 1.598: please do upgrade to 1.60, as the changes are more than
cosmetic. One very old, very rare, but nasty bug got fixed.

The documentation is up-to-date, with change bars in the .txt and .ps
versions. It was quite a big edit, so please report any errors or typos
that I have missed. I have also left a list of the more important new
features in doc/NewStuff.
